We offer seven cozy 2-bedroom cottages, perfect for accommodating 4-6 guests, and an inviting 3-bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6-8 individuals.
You'll find our resort nestled along the pristine shores of Michigan's largest inland gem, Houghton Lake, spanning an impressive 22,000 acres of pure recreational bliss.

Indulge in lakeside luxury like never before with our magnificent three-bedroom vacation home at North Bay Landing.
This spacious haven is designed to provide comfort and convenience for your entire family, offering a king bed, a queen bed, and two sets of cozy bunk beds – all adorned with plush comforters and pillows.
Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
For entertainment, a color ROKU TV with cable, WiFi, and a DVD player awaits your enjoyment. We've even thought of the essentials, providing you with basic pots, pans, and dishes.
House Rates:
Our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house include amenities just like you would get at home. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Family activities include basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, paddle boats - all included!
Q: What is the minimum stay?
A: All rentals in June, July, and August go from Saturday 3:30pm until the following Saturday at 9:30am.
Q: Can I rent for a shorter time?
A: Shorter rentals for as few as two days can often be arranged during non-peak season or as available during peak season. Contact us to check availability.
Q: Do I need to bring linens?
A: Yes. Guests are required to provide their own sheets. Each cottage has a queen and a full sized bed in the bedrooms and a full sized pullout bed. The house has a king, a queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds requiring twin sheets. Blankets and pillows are provided for the beds but not the futons.
Q: What else should I bring?
A: Towels, and toiletries, including toilet paper and paper towels, hand soap and dish soap (the house has a dishwasher), garbage bags
Q: Can I bring a pet?
A: Sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Within one week of reserving the cottage, you must send a $200.00 deposit to hold each cottage or $300.00 for the house.

Your reservation for the cottage(s) will be canceled if a deposit is not received within one week.
The balance of the rate is due upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. We accept check, cash or credit card (a 3% convenience fee will be added).
Upon arrival, a $100 damage/cleaning deposit is required. Renters are responsible for any damage above $100.
